Michelle, Gavin and I went cruising on the four wheeler....Gavin swings his arms in the air like he is on a roller coaster....He was pulling on the throttle cable and we died....Couldn't get it started again....Then in the distance we saw the guys coming for us....Chris, Ethan and Maggie all piled on and off we went to the house....

We had a great lunch and then the guys went out shooting....Michelle and I watched a Lifetime Movie....The guys came back all sweaty wanting lemonaide pie....Gordon and I took Michelle and Gavin home so she could there early....Chris had to take Ethan home at 6....Gavin was very entertaining all the way home....

Gordon got off work early so he could help me watch gavin before we went to dinner. Michelle was having biopsies done today with Chris. So we had the baby. He is growing up so much. It has been nearly 2 weeks since Gordon saw him cuz he was out of town last week so he noticed more of a change. He is finding his voice and he screams alot in the car especially. I think he is trying to sing. LOL

We took Michelle and Chris to Buffalo Wild Wings last night to celebrate Father's Day late. The kids were out of town and had to See Travis Sunday and we are in town so we just delayed it a bit. It was really good. We got 3 baskets of wings so we could try 3 of the many sauces. We got Garlic Parmesan, Teriyaki, and Medium. Got potato wedges w/ cheese and some CHips and Queso. It was all great. Love the Queso. Gavin loved the place. There are like 8 TVs running with different stuff on each. Lots of Wall decor for him to enjoy also. We were there nearly 2 hours and he was great. Gordon got off work early so he could help me watch gavin before we went to dinner. Michelle was having biopsies done today with Chris. It was a great night with the kids..

Gavin....Hubby is home......Our Weekend....

I got to see Gavin for a bit Friday. Michelle met me at the gas station to drop him off while she saw her last patient. I only had to carry him into the house. We played on the floor for a couple hours til Mommy got there. She stayed and chatted for a bit too. Gavin was in such a good mood all afternoon. Thank goodness since my back is not good.



Well Gordon got in about 7pm Friday night. He was tired. They hit 3 hours of heavy rain in Kansas/OK area. We unpacked him and fixed pizza for dinner. Chilled and watched movies. I am so glad he is back. My back is not doing so hot still.

Saturday Gordon got up and was gonna mow the backyard before the rain hit. He barely made it. The rain hit hard and windy. It did however drop the temperature about 15 degrees. So when it left 30 minutes later he decided to finish off the yard while it was cool and breezy. We were waiting for the cable guy to come check out my DVR. He got there at noon and ended up having to replace the AMP. I spent my time doing laundry and staying off my feet as much as possible. We took the Van back to work about 5 and ran through Chick Fil A for Dinner.

Today we hit the grocery store before the crowds after a breakfast of a cinnamon wheel from Papa Murphy's. I love to go when it is so empty. We were in and out and home again in just over an hour. Gordon got the printer server up and going so we can all print from wherever we are sitting. Gotta love wireless. Weeknights we end up alot of the time each in in our recliners with our laptops chillin and watching TV. Gordon ran out to work to put out some fertilizer and check the sprinklers after we grilled shrimp for dinner.

OUCH!! and Missing Hubby!!

Well my back pain is back in full swing. I saw the neurologist a week ago and if I wasn't hurting when I arrived I sure was when I left. He said I needed injections again. It has been 4 years last month since I had them last. Pretty good I think. Well today I went to the hospital(out-patient) for the first round. Gordon is out of town for the week so Melissa (DD) drove in from Euless to spend the day caring for me. She drove me to the hospital and then we grabbed Red Lobster take out and home to chill and watch Juno. I am pretty uncomfortable right now but that is supposed to go away in 24 hours.

Gordon will be gone until late friday night. He is at a convention for work in Kansas. I have a LOVE-HATE feeling when he is gone. I love that I have the place to myself and can do what I want and not take care of anyone but me, BUT I hate the morning alone and the evenings alone. We have breakfast in bed each weekday morning before heading out to the cruel world. Then we share our lasat minutes of the day together and say goodnight. I took tomorrow off to heal and spend time getting things done slowly before he gets back.

What a fun Saturday.....

Wow. Today Gordon and I picked Gavin up from Chris and Ethan at 8:30. They were heading to the farm and we kept Gavin. We had to make a stop at the Chemical place and Gavin enjoyed all the Bird feeders and pool toys. We ate played and slept all day. He was in a great mood. We took him home at 5:30. Gavin loves looking out the window..
